Sweet Potato Brownies
A fudgy, nutrient-packed brownie with natural sweetness.

Ingredients(Makes 9 brownies):
1 cup mashed sweet potato (about 1 medium cooked sweet potato)
½ cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
⅓ cup cocoa powder
¼ cup maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp baking powder
A pinch of sea salt
Optional: Dark chocolate chips or walnuts
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a small baking pan.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
Spread batter into the pan and bake for 20–25 minutes.
Let cool before slicing into squares.
