Hey, I’m Sina :)
College student, part-time employee, and full-time human figuring life out—one step at a time.
I grew up in Mexico and moved to Texas a couple of years ago, chasing something bigger for myself. It hasn’t always been easy, but through all the change, I learned how powerful it is to care for your body, fuel your mind, and treat yourself with compassion.
That’s what led me to create Your Vita Fit—a space where I share the habits, meals, and workouts that have helped me feel stronger, more grounded, and more like myself. My hope? that they can do the same for you.
