Ingredients:
1 cup warm water (not boiling)
Juice of ½ lemon
½ tsp turmeric powder (or fresh grated turmeric)
½ tsp grated ginger
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
Pinch of black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)
Instructions:
Heat water until warm but not boiling.
Add turmeric, ginger, lemon juice, and black pepper.
Stir well, then add maple syrup if desired.
Let it sit for 2 minutes, then sip and enjoy!
