Cucumber Mint Detox Water
A crisp and refreshing infused water with detoxifying and hydrating properties, great for digestion and skin health.

Ingredients:
2 cups filtered water
½ cucumber (sliced)
4-5 fresh mint leaves
Juice of ½ lime
1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
Add cucumber slices, mint leaves, and lime juice to a large glass or jar.
Pour in the water and stir gently.
Let it infuse for at least 10 minutes (or overnight for a stronger taste).
Add ice and chia seeds before drinking, then stir and enjoy!
