Cucumber Mint Detox Water

A crisp and refreshing infused water with detoxifying and hydrating properties, great for digestion and skin health.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups filtered water

  • ½ cucumber (sliced)

  • 4-5 fresh mint leaves

  • Juice of ½ lime

  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)

  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add cucumber slices, mint leaves, and lime juice to a large glass or jar.

  2. Pour in the water and stir gently.

  3. Let it infuse for at least 10 minutes (or overnight for a stronger taste).

  4. Add ice and chia seeds before drinking, then stir and enjoy!
