Creamy Berry Yogurt Popsicles
A refreshing, high-protein treat packed with antioxidants and natural sweetness.

Ingredients (Makes 6 popsicles):
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds for extra fiber
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
To remove, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds and enjoy!
