Berry Chia Pudding
A creamy, antioxidant-rich breakfast loaded with fiber and omega-3s.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
¼ cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 tbsp crushed almonds or walnuts
Instructions:
Mix chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup in a jar.
Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours.
Top with fresh berries and nuts before serving.
