Berry Chia Pudding

A creamy, antioxidant-rich breakfast loaded with fiber and omega-3s.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

  • ¼ cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 1 tbsp crushed almonds or walnuts

Instructions:

  1. Mix chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup in a jar.

  2. Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.

  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours.

  4. Top with fresh berries and nuts before serving.
