Banana Oat Cookies

A naturally sweet, fiber-rich cookie with no added sugar.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas (mashed)

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ¼ cup raisins or chopped dates

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp peanut or almond butter (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth.

  3. Mix ingredients: Add oats, raisins, cinnamon, and nut butter (if using). Stir until combined.

  4. Shape cookies: Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and place them on a lined baking sheet. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.

  5. Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

  6. Cool & Store: Let them cool before eating. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
