Banana Oat Cookies
A naturally sweet, fiber-rich cookie with no added sugar.

Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas (mashed)
1 cup rolled oats
¼ cup raisins or chopped dates
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp peanut or almond butter (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth.
Mix ingredients: Add oats, raisins, cinnamon, and nut butter (if using). Stir until combined.
Shape cookies: Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and place them on a lined baking sheet. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool & Store: Let them cool before eating. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
