Avocado Lime Cheesecake Bites
A creamy, no-bake cheesecake alternative with a refreshing citrus kick.

Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
½ cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Juice of 1 lime
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup crushed graham crackers or almond flour (for crust)
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
Instructions:
Mix crushed graham crackers with coconut oil and press into a lined muffin tin.
Blend avocado, Greek yogurt, honey, lime juice, and vanilla until smooth.
Pour mixture over the crust and freeze for 1–2 hours.
Let thaw slightly before serving.
