Avocado & Chickpea Toast
A high-fiber, protein-packed toast with creamy avocado and seasoned chickpeas for a balanced start to the day.

Ingredients:
1 slice gluten-free whole grain bread
½ avocado (mashed)
¼ cup canned chickpeas (rinsed and mashed)
½ tsp lemon juice
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp hemp seeds (optional)
Instructions:
Toast the bread until golden brown.
In a bowl, mix mashed chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spread mashed avocado on the toast, then layer the chickpea mixture on top.
Sprinkle with hemp seeds for extra nutrition and enjoy!
